    Hi, I’m Louise!

    After struggling through my early 40s with low energy, even lower confidence, & a constant feeling that my body had betrayed me… I finally decided something had to be done. Long story short, I became a nutrition Super Nerd at 46! 

    Over the course of several months, I relearned everything I’d been taught to believe about food and about midlife women’s bodies. I couldn’t believe how much misinformation we’d all been fed. 

    As I watched the spare tire melt off my waist, rediscovered the magic of a full night’s rest, and began to feel like myself again—but better—I knew… Other women deserved to understand how to feel the same way. 

    Several years ago, I launched my nutrition coaching business, focusing specifically on midlife women and the challenge’s we women face throughout our 40s, 50s, and 60s. Today, I’m passionate about helping other midlife women learn to lovingly fuel their bodies throughout these amazing but often-challenging years.
